Carnival is usually a public celebration (or what some know as a parade) that is held at different times during the year, in many different countries around the world. This is the time where one can let loose and feel liberated to have playtime enjoyment while dressed in Masquerade customes and face masks (Cant forget to add the repping of the flags!) .
