Don’t Stress…There’s A zillion ways to put art on your claws!

To all my consistent “go-hard” nail art junkies and nail artist (Specially, targeting this to you!): Do you sometimes run out of ideas to place on your nails, when you have to create your new nail art manicures? I can tell you for sure it happens to me often, even as a nail art blogger. Well, I might have a possible solution for that. Fashion editorial nail artist & Illamasqua‘s nail ambassador, Fleury Rose is one clever gal! As a nail artist, Fleury is acknowledged for playing with artful textures, which she gets inspired through art and fashion. Watch to see where she gains materials for clients!!! This idea is a priceless gem that should be shared.  FYI: There’s fo’sure some, Cunnt Claws embedded in the video done by, Fleury herself!

(Video Review: Everyone who is heavily into nail art should definitely consider this…this is more than, Brilliant!)

Other fashion related things:  Fleury Rose, is awesome at posting a lot of her favored inspirations from some of the hottest designers in the fashion industry, which she uses for her designs . Check out a few of my favorites:

Cunnt Claws: Mix’d Patterns

Hi guys!!!! It’s the holidays, and I really should be having fun with all the fabulous nail art motifs . However, as always- I choose the unorthodox way, and went totally left with my designs! :meee

My inspirations/ What you see:

Negative Spacing:  Tried it for the first time when nail artist, Tracy Kawii did my nails and was hooked ever since. Also, negative spacing is a really good look for someone who cannot have intense nail art prints on their nails. The spaces that are negative can be molded into any shape, size and can be very subtle nonetheless depending on the choice of nail polish.

Typography: Huge fan of penmanship, and I am forever tagging something up.

Caviar Studs:  These are great for a 3-d effect, and I love the way they feel when I am in deep thoughts.

Female gender symbol:  Feministic state of mind.mee

Hey, Nice Nails!

For the most, there was a recurrence in the usual “Christmas Tree” design, but what really caught our eyes were the trending design of the “Tree-lights” (Lovvve). Have to favor the, tree lights because it really exudes festivity being that we are currently in between holidays and you can add more than one color to a single nail (The more the merrier!). To balance out all your fancy holiday ensemble, here’s your plus one token to over exaggerate your claws with sparkles, colors, and texture!

Nail Art Selfie: Master Class Kit

In 2012, nail polish sales zoomed sky high due to consumers just wanting to have nice-looking manicures. Now in 2013, sales are still climbing but with a twist- nail art. With major help from the entire nail art community; adding artful details with those alluring nail polish colors has been one of the trendiest things to do.

With nail art in high demands- it is no better time for the, Master Class do-it-yourself kit to be introduce to the growing nail crave market. This three part kit developed from the collaboration of Forsythe Cosmetics’, Marlyuemoren Roq and Cunnt Claw’s cunnt artist, Shelley Burns to encourage nail lovers to become their own nail artist and master skills that would usually be accomplished by a professional.

To get a bigger and better understanding of what you can do with this must-have product, it is only right to test it first hands on! The three different parts to the Master Class kit are; Gemology, Metal Shop, and Geometry. All hand models are friends who offer their time to experience the, Master Class manicure from yours truly, Cunnt Claws! (Shout-out to all the participatory hand models that actually opened up to trying nail art for the first time!!)

The entire experience made it easy to get hooked on , DIY manicures. It is also therapeutic to the soul. Our favorite is hands down, the Metal shop and experts Shelley Burns prefers the, Geometry kit. According to Shelley, “The base color is so, glamorous and the one brush stroke application is to DIE FOR!!”
